The Spirit Muma Sacred Circles are for womb-holders wanting a deep, nourishing space to explore and dispel fear around birth, death, life and any hardship we face as women. In this space wisdom and experiences are shared, whilst questions are asked with the intention of shining light on all experiences, no matter how dark and to transform grief, shame or any negative emotions into a sacred rite of passage. As it should be.

These circles are free.

After each zoom notes will be collected in a format that does not open or reveal anything personal shared but highlights the learnings and enlightenment of each call.  These notes are published on the spirit muma substack.
